Proliance Packaging was established with one clear purpose — to manufacture In-Mold Labeling containers that meet the highest standards of food-grade performance and brand presentation. Our facility at SIDCO Industrial Growth Centre, Samba is equipped with advanced injection moulding machinery, robotic IML label application systems, and automated in-line quality inspection, all operating within a controlled cleanroom environment.

Every container begins with virgin-grade polypropylene resin sourced from certified manufacturers. In-house pre-printed IML labels are applied inside the injection mould — bonding permanently to the container wall during the moulding process. There is no separate label component to peel, contaminate or degrade. The use of migration-free printing inks and food-grade protection varnish throughout ensures compliance with food-contact safety requirements at every stage.

Our primary focus is the ice cream and dairy sector, where tamper-evident IML containers have emerged as the preferred replacement for conventional plastic packaging. The versatility of our manufacturing platform extends well beyond dairy — we serve brand owners in sweets, confectionery, dry fruits, ready-to-eat, frozen foods and a broad range of allied food applications across India.

Manufacturing

Fully automated.
Completely controlled.

Our manufacturing line operates without manual intervention at any stage. From robotic IML label placement to automatic inspection and cleanroom packing, every step is controlled, monitored and recorded — ensuring the same quality standard is maintained across every batch, every run.

  • High-Speed Automation Optimised injection moulding cycle times for rapid delivery without quality compromise at any batch size.
  • Cleanroom Facility Class 100,000 controlled environment maintained throughout moulding and packing to ensure complete food-grade safety.
  • Robotic In-Line Inspection Automated vision systems inspect every container, detecting and ejecting non-conforming units before packaging.
  • Hygiene-Controlled Packing Finished containers are packed under controlled cleanroom conditions — free from microbiological and physical contamination.
Our Principles

How we think about
packaging.

Food Safety as the Starting Point

Every material decision at Proliance begins with one question — is it appropriate for food contact? We use virgin-grade polypropylene resin sourced exclusively from globally certified manufacturers. Recycled content has no place in our food-contact layers. Our printing inks are migration-free by specification, and a food-grade protection varnish seals the label area throughout the container's useful life. Certifications and statutory compliance are part of our production process — built in, not added on. The use of virgin plastic from world-class resin manufacturers and migration-free inks ensures delivery of containers that are at par with the best manufactured anywhere globally.

In-Mold Labeling, Not Label Application

The distinction in IML manufacturing is not what the label looks like — it is how it is integrated into the container. At Proliance, we do not apply labels to finished containers. The pre-printed IML label is placed inside the mould before the container is formed. Molten polypropylene is injected around the label, bonding permanently into the container wall during the moulding process. Label and container become one indivisible structure. A label that cannot be peeled cannot contaminate food. A label integrated into the wall cannot fade, lift or degrade under normal storage and handling conditions. This structural integration is what separates IML from every adhesive alternative — and it is why brand owners trust it for premium, tamper-evident food packaging.

Automated, Controlled, Consistent

Our fully automated manufacturing setup handles every stage without manual intervention — from robotic IML label placement inside the mould, through injection moulding, to in-line vision inspection and cleanroom packing. The 10,000th container in a batch meets the same standard as the first. This is not a quality aspiration — it is the designed output of an automated, cleanroom production system that leaves no room for human error at any stage. No manual contact means no microbiological contamination vector. Robotic inspection means no subjective judgement on conformance. The result is a container that is genuinely consistent, genuinely safe and genuinely ready to carry your brand.
